U.S. Space Force Awards $25M Contract to Integrate for Program Execution Modernization

Jun 11, 2025

SEATTLE June, 11, 2025 — The U.S. Space Force Space Systems Command’s (SSC) Mission Manifest Office (MMO) has awarded a $25 million contract to Integrate, a Seattle-based company building multiplayer project management software for government and industry teams collaborating on complex, multi-organization programs.

The award marks a significant shift in how the Department approaches program execution and reflects a growing movement inside SSC to operationalize modern acquisition principles and restore trust in the tools and processes that underpin national security efforts.

The MMO, charged with the orchestration of high-stakes space initiatives, has historically faced the challenge of coordinating fragmented timelines, external dependencies, and siloed teams. With Integrate’s multiplayer project management platform, SSC program offices can share live, segmented views of their Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) with external partners — without compromising security or control.

Integrate is built from the ground up on AWS GovCloud and designed to operate in classified and hybrid environments. The platform is already in use by early adopters including an active mission to send astronauts to the ISS and by a company building one of the world’s largest satellite constellations with additional deployments underway across government and commercial space contractors.

“This contract closes the gap between ambition and execution for our partners in the Space Force,” said John Conafay, CEO of Integrate. “We’re building a system where institutional memory is preserved, suppliers and customers stay synced, and status meetings become obsolete.”

The award also echoes recent acquisition priorities championed across the Department: less bureaucracy, faster iteration, and dual-use technology that meets the pace of modern missions. It reflects a growing recognition that mission success doesn’t always require bigger budgets—just smarter, more agile approaches. The Space Force continues to demonstrate how leaner processes and innovative partnerships can deliver outsized impact, proving that efficiency and effectiveness are not mutually exclusive in modern defense operations.

While this award represents a major step forward, it’s just the beginning. Integrate is already advancing the next generation of its platform, bringing deeper commercial capabilities and a redesigned UI/UX that better aligns with how modern program teams actually work. From AI-assisted reporting and automation of routine project manager tasks, or branching your IMS in a Git-like fashion, Integrate is investing in the tools that help teams move faster, with confidence.

The $25M award follows a successful Phase II engagement and is expected to support development, deployment, and scaling of Integrate across multiple SSC directorates and commercial partners over the next five years.
